We deeply value the relationships that we have with several of our industry’s most reputable publications, and we highly encourage all produce companies in this space to get to know the writers and editors that bring publications like The Packer, Produce Business, Produce News, and And Now U Know to life. Fresh produce growers battle many challenges when it comes to planting and harvesting quality fruits and vegetables with the unrelenting hurdles Mother Nature throws our way. But when it comes to the challenge of consumer trends – particularly ever-changing diet trends - we have reason to let out a big sigh of relief. Fresh fruits and vegetables are at the center of plates for popular eating preferences such as of gluten-free, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, raw, fresh, and plant-based diets, not to mention the array of programs like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig. These eating preferences create a win-win situation for fresh produce marketers, giving us a number of platforms to connect with consumers and in turn serve as a resource for our customers.
