Not sure if you’ve noticed, but we’re slightly Olympics-obsessed here in the DMA office. Between Michael Phelps becoming the most decorated Olympian of all time and the Team USA vs. Team USA All-American beach volleyball match, it seems the games have monopolized our water cooler conversations. And after days and days of marveling at the incredible athleticism of these all-stars, I’ve experienced an intense re-focusing on my own fitness goals.
I regularly enjoy green smoothies for both their taste and nutrients, but since I started working up a sweat at a fitness boot camp each morning, I often don’t have time to blend one up at home.
