Some would say that the hustle, bustle and sheer size of New York City are convenience killers. But we experienced the complete opposite at this week’s New York Produce Show as convenience was clearly a continuing trend. FRESH and handy/easy don’t have to be mutually exclusive and the following companies have focused on both, and even stepped it up a notch!
